This course covers building an agent workforce for the Frontier Firm using Copilot Studio, including its product features, security and governance, the GitHub Copilot harness, and the Microsoft Agent Factory. It then dives into building custom agents with choice and control: selecting tools and models, generative orchestration, autonomous agents, bringing your own knowledge, custom connectors, Microsoft Foundry and WorkIQ API integration, and cost/usage management. Finally, participants work through a customer case study to build a response, present a pitch, and handle objections.
